Do I need fully finished architectural plans to start?

No. Preliminary floor plans and elevations (even in draft DWG/PDF format) are sufficient to begin. We frequently launch projects while final architectural details are still being refined.

Who owns the final 3D renderings and video assets?

Upon settlement of the invoice, full economic copyright (usage rights) is transferred to you. You can use the renderings, video tours, and 360° assets across any marketing channel (web, print, billboards, social media) indefinitely with zero hidden royalties.

Do you build 360° virtual tours for off-plan property developments?

Yes. We create interactive 360° virtual tours of individual units and shared amenities. The tour runs 24/7 in-browser and can be embedded directly onto the development website long before construction completes.

How many rounds of revisions are included in a 3D rendering project?

Every package includes 2 full rounds of revisions following initial draft reviews. Because we review camera setups and mood boards step-by-step early on, our clients rarely exhaust this limit.
